If you are in 12 South and looking for something “Nashville” themed to wear then this place has you covered.   I caught up with Joey Graham, Owner & Founder of FWD (Pronounced: Forward) Clothing Company to gain more insight on what people are buying there and why you and your Bachelorette crew need to make this a stop on your fun-filled Nashville Bachelorette weekend.

Joey said, “We sell fun & insanely soft clothing. A lot of Nashville themed apparel is sold out of our 1968 VW Bus, as well as FWD branded gear. With our location directly outside of a bar, our customers can get some awesome swag while taking a Shot Ski or have a beer inside Ember’s Ski Lodge.”  Other than the insane softness of the clothing (which we all love and appreciate,) I wanted to know what makes FWD Clothing unique.  When I asked this he said, “Our brand mantra inspires others to push FWD, have fun, and do more to live life.”

I wanted to know what is on-trend right now from what Joey is seeing.  He said, “Anything that is cropped (t-shirt, hoodie, tank) as well as many of our regular tanks and tees.” 

I love FWD Clothing’s mantra but also they are linked to a cause which is one of the biggest things I look for in companies.  I love when companies make an effort to give back. Joey told me, “We partner with our local Make-A-Wish chapter & sponsor 1 kid each month, make that wish kid a special shirt, and donate money for their wish.”

So, if you want to get some great apparel, support the Make-A-Wish foundation and explore 12 South then FWD Clothing Company needs to be on your list. Also, as Joey said to me, “It’s not every day you can take a picture next to a 1968 VW BUS where you bought your gear to take home!

They can also tell you where all the drink specials are on the street. They are open 12-6PM Friday-Sunday but keep in mind that it is weather dependent.
