Nashville’s Most Deliciously Instagrammable Dessert Destinations

I have a sweet tooth like no other, so I am always scoping out the best dessert spots in the city. I have started with a list of some of my most Instagrammable favorites for you.

I am kicking it off with one that I just tried recently, Legendairy Milkshake Bar.  It definitely did not disappoint. The pictures online are legit. These shakes are made with care and each one is just as deserving of a photo as the next.  I got the Strawberry Cheesecake Shake and it is two desserts in one…it had an entire piece of cheesecake on top of the shake.  It was insane and tasted even better than it looked!

Get there at least 30-60 minutes before they close because the shakes do take a while to make. They are worth the wait though, I promise.  Legendairy is located on 3rd Avenue, near Commerce just around the corner from Wild Beaver Saloon.

Next up is the new craze, edible cookie dough!  You will want to check out NoBaked Cookie Dough.  It is amazing that they have managed to make it taste just like Cookie Dough while making it safe to consume.  This is by far one of the best edible Cookie Dough spots I have tried and each of its locations has a unique sign, wall feature and overall cuteness about it that you will want to post about.  My favorite thing on the menu is Cookies & Cream.  I get it as the half-baked Sundae, which means they heat it up and throw a scoop of ice cream on it along with whatever toppings your heart desires!  It is Amazingggggggggg!

They will let you sample as many flavors as you want without judgment!  Of course, I recommend trying them all!

Now I want to talk about Five Daughters Bakery (12 South location).  Their staple donut is 100 layers!  I do not know how they do it but I am glad they do!  I love that they source their ingredients locally and they do not contain any GMO’s.  

Here not only are the donuts worth snapping a picture but so is the building with its adorable pink and turquoise color scheme along with I love donuts painted on the side of the building.  Make sure you check out their seasonal flavors.  I swear I am about to gain five pounds because their July flavors are all of my favorites, (Strawberry Shortcake, Birthday Cake Purist, Graham Lime Pie, Cherry Cheesecake and Grasshopper) so I will be going there ASAP to get them!

It is a must-see or at least taste (check out Uber Eats if you can’t make it there). Your Baches will thank you!

Another Donut spot that I love is Donut + Dog.  This one combines two of the greatest foods.  They serve Donuts and Hot Dogs!  You will fall in love with this place the minute you walk up to it.  The steps are painted with donuts and it is so cute inside too.  You MUST get a donut because they are so beautiful and then take a seat on the steps out front for your Instagram moment!

The Cappuccino also has very Instagram worthy foam so you may want to grab one to go with your donut.  If you are there around lunchtime grab a gourmet hotdog and get a donut for dessert for the ultimate Donut + Dog experience! Located on Belcourt Avenue in the Hillsboro Village area.
